Adrienne is the Director of Program Development and the Vice President of Thrive. Her background is as a BCBA, and additionally she has been an educator in Texas schools for 27 years. Adrienne served as both a Classroom Teacher and as a District Instructional Coach for Student Support Services. BCBA certification was attained in 2014 to further increase behavioral support as an independent consultant. The following year, Adrienne worked as a Therapist/Analyst for PBS Corp. providing support to children with autism. She currently holds this positionand works toward the development of Thrive.  Adrienne has vast experience working with individuals that struggle with the challenges of autism. She’s seen the struggle for some families. She sees the need for something more. She is dedicated to helping others to THRIVE!

Adrienne resides in Willis, Texas and has been married for over 30 years. She has two children and grandchildren that are beyond loved.
